At NeonDC, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Return Eligibility 1.1 Time Frame: You may return most new, unopened items within 12 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
1.2 Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way may not be accepted.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Custom or personalized items
Custom orders
2. Return Process 2.1 Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at management@neondc.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.
2.2 Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2.3 Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds 3.1 Processing Time: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
3.2 Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4. Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at management@neondc.com. We will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at management@neondc.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at management@neondc.com.
